The
Nutrition for Pregnant Mothers series is a course designed specifically
for pregnant and post-partum mothers and/or for women who wish to become
pregnant in the future. Classes will be held on the first Sunday of
every month from 1-3pm MST beginning on March 2nd 2014 and will last for 4 months (Sunday March 2nd, Sunday April 6th, Sunday May 4th, Sunday, June 1st).
Outside of our scheduled classes, there will be a private 1-on-1
session with Heathar per month to discuss personal health, dietary and
emotional questions, concerns and goals you may have. Classes will be
held via conference call making this accessible to anyone in the United
States.
The 4 course series will:
☆ Include nutritional information on how to best prepare for birth via consumption and preparation of special foods
☆ Educate women on what foods will help them best prepare for the most easeful labor
☆ Educate women on foods that will enhance their babies health from the womb, to their first breath and beyond
☆ Outline specific foods that will contribute to the healthiest breast milk for your baby
☆ Private
access to YouTube's that will include live cooking demonstrations and
other important nutrition and health information for you and your baby
☆ 25 recipes
☆ Monthly private nutrition and health consultations for each participant
